I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone screening. This was followed by a virtual interview with several team members and managers. The discussion focused mainly on my academic background, previous internship experience, interest in bridge engineering, and availability to work in the field. The interview was conversational and friendly, with minimal technical questions. I received an offer about two weeks later and accepted it.

Question 1
Why are you interested in bridge engineering and working
Had a virtual interview on Zoom with an experienced engineer from the company for the electrical engineering co-op student role. He did not ask any behavioral questions but focus solely on techinical questions.
Video call interview with a few project managers, felt very real and face to face versus just a simple over the phone that feels like they don't care. Overall I appreciated the interview format.
