Interview usually held at the location of the store.
Usually taken into managers office
Discuss expecatations, the jobe role itself etc.
General customer service questions
Relaxed environment never pressured.
Possibly meet some of the staff,might have to wait so thats a good time to ask staffs opinions!
Usually rang after all the days of interviews are finished.

Can you tell me about a time you went the extra mile for a customer.
when i arrived there, the manager was very nice and welcoming and it went very smoothly,i arrived on time and i was early to the interview.He also asked me questions like my availability, my schooling, what made me interested in working with staples and what i hope to achieve in the long run
The interview was very informative and well conducted. The time spent was appropriate and the questions were consistent with my experience at other interviews. The person conducting the interview was professional

Why are you interested in changing industries an why are you interested in this particular position?
Simple and easy, encouraged for part-time jobs and with a good team enviornment. flexible schedule as well helped with part-time university/school schedules. It was a good experience and reccomended for retail opportunities
