Interview
A sit-down conversation with the assistant manager on the chairs for sale. After that conversation about my experience as a cashier, I had another interview a week later with the General Manager to follow up on the Assistant Manager's suggestions.
Twelve rounds with a required dance number and an audience-provided question and answer period. Spelling test provided at the end of the process to final round candidates if successful at interview.
Easy , straightforward , conversational . Didn’t ask any questions out of the ordinary. Asked about cashier process and systems, methodology etc. Met with a few ppl at different levels
