Recruiter emailed me and set up a screening call. In that call we discussed job duties, the company, salary, and they explained the interview process (3 rounds and a portfolio submission).
All three interview rounds were great--informative, conversational, and professional. I was told very clearly at the end of each interview what to expect for next steps and when.
In between the first and second interviews, the recruiter asked me to submit a created an eLearning course for review. It took me roughly three hours to complete.
