I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Star2Star Communications (Sarasota, FL)
Interview
I went for an initial phone interview. It was pretty basic interview and they asked standard questions like "What languages are you best at?" The interview went well and so I was asked to do a second in person interview, a three hour drive each way. Three days before the second interview, the guy says one of the guys can't make the interview, and they need to do an additional interview. When I tell them I can't do two interviews in a week due to deadlines at work, the interviewer screams at me that I'm not committed and cancels the in-person interview. It was a terrible experience.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Star2Star Communications (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview is basically behavioral questions based. I went to career fair in school and was reached out after a week. The interview is basically about what project I have done before. Nothing out of ordinary.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Star2Star Communications (Sarasota, FL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Was mostly asked personality questions, and had a general discussion of my experience level with different applications. I met with the CEO, who broadly described the company's goals. Finally, I met with the technical interviewer who talked to me about the work I would actually be doing. The company did not have a formal interview process in place yet, so he asked me halfway through if I would be comfortable with a technical interview. That was exciting to me, so I agreed to it. It was a great discussion!
