I applied online and received an email asking me to complete a coding test (to write a LZW decompressor) a few weeks later. I thought this coding test was great because it was a real application. It was not easy but I enjoyed completing it. Then, a few days after sending back my solution, there was a technical interview with an engineer using Starleaf videoconference system. The last step was an onsite interview (but they gave me the choice to do another video interview as I was abroad). I did not attend this last interview because I received another offer before but I would recommand interviewing at StarLeaf.
