Interview
My first communication with Starboard was via a mini phone interview. Then over the next couple weeks I had two additional phone interviews. I was then invited for a 1 on 1 interview with an employee and an HR intern. The environment was welcoming and the interviewers were friendly.

Received an email through my University. I then went on to email my resume along with my cover letter. Heard back from company the next day and was in contact with recruiter. Spoke to Human Resource manager and was scheduled an interview for the next day
