It was a 45 minutes phone interview, where a group of engineers each specializing in various areas like firmware, audio and wireless engineering asked questions related to the resume and it then progressed to more technical aspects.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Starkey (Eden Prairie, MN) in May 2016
Interview
I had a few interviews. Very nice people and asked simple questions about my personality. Why I would be a good candidate and why Starkey should consider me. They also asked me about my prior work experiences and what I learned from them. They asked what challenges I had with prior jobs and how I learned from them. They also asked for me to list a time I had a bad experience with a group member.
