Pretty relaxed but formal review of experience and work history. They ask you to tell them about yourself and why you feel you would be a good fit for the position.

An hour long, different critical thinking activities, different scenarios and possible outcomes. Two people interviewing me asking for strengths abd weaknesses. Asking what was I looking for in this company and why they should pick me. Asking me what age group I was comfortable with, and asking about past experience in the field.
