I applied online. There were at least 3 online interviews, after that, I was invited to visit Tallinn office where I passed a day-long technical interview, the latest interview was online again with company's CEO. It took at least 3 months from initial contact to the final decision. During that time the requirements for this position got higher, so my candidacy was denied after all.
