Group video interview with other applicants. As each question was posed, the interviewees would take turns going in order to answer the question. Lots of collaboration and conversation between interviewees to facilitate a relaxed but dynamic conversation.

Describe one digital health company that excites you.
The interview was a very casual, 45 min group interview with ~15 people. They start off by introducing the position then having everyone introduce themself (alphabetically and then reverse alphabet). There were 3 total questions (1 intro, 1 song, 1 about startup)

Interview
Since this is not a large company, they conducted group video interviews to tackle more at once. The interview was pretty laid back with a few ice breaker-type questions to get everyone comfortable with one another. Once this was over, those that moved on got an assignment to research three potential companies that could fit in to the StartUp Health portfolio and why/how.
