      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm in Jan 2012

      Interview

I found a posting for an HR trainer on Monster.com and submitted an application. Within two weeks I was invited to interview with the company. The interview consisted of four people; two in the room with me, and two via satellite. The interview was an hour long and consisted of questions regarding my time as an employee trainer at my current job.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The most difficult question was to describe a time when I had to give an employee I had trained some bad news. This caught me off guard and I had to really think of an example.
