After submitting applications I took an online battery of tests. After passing I was granted a phone interview a week later. It was a very quick and awesome process. The background check, drug test and all that takes about 2 weeks after being offered a position for it to be finalized.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
