I applied in-person. I interviewed at State Farm (Dallas, TX) in Sept 2016
Interview
Very long but easy process, went to the job fair made myself familiar with some of the staff.
Within one week received assessments, once completed within another 2 weeks, got an email that I had a phone interview scheduled in 2 weeks. Phone interview was about 45 min to an hour. Very detailed very particular questions. At the end of the call I was advised that the position I originally applied for was no longer available but there was a new department that I would be a great fit for. Auto ILR, next we went over the salary and when the training class would start. She congratulated me and the back ground check process began, Overall its about a 1 month process total.
