Interview
The hiring process consisted of two assessments and one phone interview. The assessments measured aptitude for data entry and correlation. The phone interview assessed your phone presence, ethics, and customer service skills. The second phone call from my recruiter was the offer call, and came one week after the phone interview.

I applied online. I was contacted via email to schedule a phone interview about a week later. There was no follow up interview and I was offered the position a week later.

I filled out a application in September. I received a call the beginning on October about a assessment , completed that. Waited until 2nd week of October to have phone interview, 2 weeks later got call about job offer, took background/drug screen & waited to hear something back from State Farm. Received a official job off last month of October.
