I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2012
Interview
It was a two part interview. First you meet with someone face to face. They try to get a feel for you as a person and see how well you sound. If they like your perfessionalism and tone you will than go to the second round of the interview process. At that point you will be asked questions that would make you the best person for the job. Sell yourself with all the atributes you have that would go wel with the company.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at State Farm (Las Vegas, NV) in Nov 2025
Interview
I applied online, I was given instructions to upload a self-recorded video answering their questions. I went back and forth with them about sending the file. A few days later I texted them for an update, they responded by sending an email with a link to a licensing training with a discounted fee. The job post ended up being a sales pitch for the training, not an actual job, why ask applicants to self-record an interview making us believe there is a job behind it, just say we're selling an online training. There is no job.
