Really simple and easy over the phone interview! The process was fast and efficient. The STAR format is utilized as it is a behavioral interview. It took a couple days after getting the interview before I was offered the position.

What skills do you have that would make you an asset to State Farm?
Process was very speedy. Applied online and two days later took an assessment which included personality questions as well as data entry and typing tests. Fairly easy. Two days later I received an email from HR wanting to set up phone interview. Very easy and was offered the job immediately.
