Was a HireVue interview as the initial stage in the employment process. Just behavioral questions meant to test different aspects about working with others and your work ethic, nothing crazy. There were 10 questions total.

Question 1
Describe a time where you didn't get the outcome you desired while working with a team and how you responded
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm
Interview
4 hour interview. Could be in-person or virtual. They asked both behavior and technical questions. They all seem like very chill people. I answered all technical questions correctly and stayed engaged in the interviews the whole time. But I guess they don't really like me.
It was an online application, Virtual Interview, and then a call with a talent worker, and then 3.5 hour interview via teams with many different employees. They did technical and behavioral aspects.
