Interview
The first step of the interview process was a digital interview through Hire Vue, which gives you several prompt questions to answer and records your answer. You only have 30 seconds to prepare before the recording starts and you have one opportunity to re record your answer so I recommend preparing before hand and also taking the opportunity to do the practice questions beforehand if you haven't done a digital or hirevue interview before. A few weeks after I recieved the confirmation that my interview was recieved I followed up to ask about a timeframe for next steps and was informed the hiring process was taking a little bit longer than normal but I was still being considered. The next step was an email giving me the job description in further detail and stating that someone would like to call me with further information and gave me 2 dates and times to choose for the call. During the call we discussed the job, pay, my job history and why I think I would be a good fit for the position, they asked if I was still interested and then explained my start date and further details.

Interview
Virtual recorded interview is first after passing typing test. Second, interview is with an HR Rep. It is not a full interview but giving an over view of the position and expectations. After that is discussed, you are asked if the job is something you are still interested in. Offers are sent in writing.
I first received a 7 question hirevue video interview. I didn't hear back after 2 weeks so I responded with one of the emails with a follow up. A day later I received an email for "candidate conversation" which was very relaxed. After that I had an interview with two questions regarding claim processing and was offered the job the next day.

Very simply. I went through a virtual interview. This was my first time doing one of these. The process was simple. I thought it was helpful in preparation for the real thing.
