      Bloomington, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at State Farm (Bloomington, IL) in Sept 2015

      Interview

Applied back in August 2015. The screening interview was scheduled relatively quickly. Within a few days. I then had 3 subsequent interviews for several positions over the span of the following 7 weeks. It was a pretty long process but the interviews were good and the interviewers were very nice and upfront about everything. The HR reps are also very informative if you choose to follow up with them.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

General behavioral STAR questions and a bunch of generic OO questions. (4 pillars of OO, OO design principles and such)

      Interview

It consisted of three rounds: screening coding, self-recording interviews, and panel interviews. Panel interview was very technical, and questions were closely related to the job responsibilities. The difficulty for coding assessment wasn't as bad but definitely need to know the basics.

What is the difference between an interface and abstract class?
