Got offered interview through college career fair. The interview was more behavioral, no technical questions. They named a long list of languages and various technologies and asked about my knowledge or experience in them. There were two individuals doing the interviews, both in technology management roles, not HR employees. They were quite friendly, clear, and not intimidating.
