I applied online, whole emailing back and forth process with two assessments was about two weeks. I received a phone call asking if I would like to set up an interview and we scheduled one the coming up Monday. While interview process took exactly 30 mins and I was offered a "contingent" job offer after my interview.

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Interview
Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
