I applied online. I interviewed at State Farm (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2024
Interview
The interviews are mostly virtual. Practice answering questions in front of a mirror before you actually start. Research the position that the company is hiring for in advance. Have authentic questions in ready for virtual or phone portion of the interview. Relax and be who you are. Our quirks are our super powers😊

Question 1
Describe a situation where you had to inform an insured member of unfavorable decision involving their claim.
I applied to the role and they sent me an assessment test via email. It thought it was a basic screening. The assessment included: typing test, data entry, listening, behavioral question/characteristics screening. Practice assessment was included along with a video to let you know how to prepare for the assessment. Not bad at all!!

There is a computer testing, and 2 interviews. If you are responsive and reply and move through the steps quickly. You will likely get an offer within a week. Every communication/interview is virtual. It was a smooth process for me.

Interview
You 1st have to get past a self screen interview. It feels awkward. You are able to record and retry if you don’t feel the 1st try was adequate. The send you the information to do the recording and provide you with a timeline that it has to be completed.
