Super straightforward and all behaviors. There is a huge focus on fit and ensuring you are a top talent student. Hardest question asked was where do you ssee yourself in 10 years and why do you want to do this internship

Tell me about yourself and why your interested in this internship.
The process was a little bit unorganized and slow but overall great team and process. I would recommend it. Pro tip: bring lots of questions. It's an hour long, but only 30 minutes of them asking you questions.
Interview process was fair, lot of behavioral based questions and some seeing knowledge of the insurance process overall. Felt fairly standard and straightforward throughout the interview process with communication and timeline explained what to expect at each step

it was simple and easy and asked basic technical questions. it was one of the best interviews ive ever doine and i am very happy taht i am happy with it
