Basic question on how to react to customers who are challenging. How you handle these customers, and the amount of time needed to complete a claim. The skills test weer common for a desk job with typing and memory tests. The personality test was average. The interviewer was knowledgeable about benefits and how the process worked and the time frames for completion.

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
