Very easy. Staffing Agent ran the phone screen on behalf of State Street. This was followed by a one on one interview a couple of days later. In the interview I was asked generic questions about how I came across the job, past experience, why I wanted the job. I was offered the job by the agency about 3 or 4 days after the interview.
