I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at State Street
Interview
I received two separate phone calls and the people asked me essentially the same. There was supposed to be a third round of interviews face-to-face but they got back to me only after almost two months of no responses. By then I already had an internship.

I applied online. I interviewed at State Street in Jan 2026
Interview
The process was fairly smooth. I was first reached out through a phone call through HR, who asked simple screening questions, such as whether I was still interested in the opportunity, my availability, etc. After that initial call, it took around a week for them to invite me for an interview. The interview was laid back as it was conversational with no technical questions asked. They just want to get to know you--what you do in school, outside of school, hobbies, and interest. Two back to back interviews with senior managers with of the firm. Be sure to come prepared with a lot of questions about State Street and why this field/position.
