Interviews took place soon after applying. First was mainly behavioral and technical focussed on statistics and risk management. This lasted about 45 min. Second was with the same person as well as a group of observers. This involved a code review in R and Java for about an hour. Third call was with a more senior team member with technical finance questions. I really enjoyed all of the conversations and the people I spoke with were very helpful. I would have appreciated a call rather than an automated rejection email at midnight.
