State Street Full Stack Developer, Senior Associate interview questions

There were two rounds of interview. The first round was indian panel and second was US panel. The US panel was namesake because out of three only one was from US who is also an indian. My interview experience with State Street was disappointing. The interview was rescheduled at the last minute, and during the actual discussion, the interviewer’s tone felt dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of constructive feedback, I was told to “learn the language first,” which undermined my four years of experience in reputable product companies. Interviews should evaluate skills respectfully, but this one left me feeling discredited rather than assessed. I hope the company reviews how interviews are conducted, as candidates deserve a fair, respectful, and unbiased process.
