Quick, submit resume. Asked about past experiences and looked at resume together. I was given an offer on the spot and told the dress code from there. This was in 2020 and process may have changed.

Experience and hours. Availability and when to start
friendly, the hiring manager was easy to talk to. they were also laid back and it felt less of an interview and more of a conversation. they were also very quick at following up after the interview.
