I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at State of Oregon DAS (Salem, OR) in Jul 2024
Interview
The situation was disappointing and cast a negative light on the interviewers, who seemed to convey a sense of superiority by presuming they had all the answers. I feel this way because, despite answering all questions correctly and having my responses verified, the interviewers did not provide me with a fair opportunity. I recorded the entire session and shared it with others, which further highlighted their dismissive attitude.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at State of Oregon DAS (Salem, OR) in Sept 2019
Interview
One video interview and one in person interview. Even though I made the second round, I was not even told or emailed I was rejected, I had to find out about it on Workday. Unprofessional. It also took three months to get rejected with no updates about the process. I interviewed in September and was rejected in December. Unreal.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at State of Oregon DAS (Salem, OR) in Feb 2012
Interview
Panel of 5 people, standard questions. 1 hour long. They did a round robin of each panel person asking an question. There was an occasional follow-up. It was very standard interview process for the state.
