Was contacted by temp agency. Proceeded to onsite interview with States Manufacturing. Spent 5 minutes answering questions for HR manager the 30+ minutes touring facility with manager in charge of position applied for. Was declined the job with zero feedback to myself or agent at staffing agency

Phone screen with recruiter #1, phone screen with recruiter #2, remote video interview with Technical Director, onsite interview with Technical & Operations Directors. The company ended up ghosting me after these 4 interviews! They are still trying to hire for this position 2 months later!

Question 1
Walkthrough of the shop. Standard technical and some behavioral questions. Review of some schematic diagrams and questions based on those. They seemed very hung up on the fact I had CAD software experience but not the specific program they use. They want a "unicorn" that does not vary at all from their very specific list of requirements. I believe I was perfectly capable of performing the job.
