Erstes Kennenlerngespräch, danach 2 Telefoninterviews. Im Anschluss kam die Entscheidung. Für eines der Telefoninterviews musste ein Case vorbereitet werden. Dieser Case wurde dann präsentiert und inkl. weiterer Rückfragen / Fragestellungen bearbeitet.

This was a long process along one month and a half. It was composed by 5 interviews with HR, with management, with stakeholders and colleagues. It was relatively dynamic but your behaviour and explanations are the key point to success.

Interview
The first job interview is a phone interview between the applicant and a hiring manager and HR. The interviewer will ask questions about the applicant's experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking in the optimal candidate for the job.
