Steamroller Studios interview questions

I was contacted and told I had been selected. The company had an onboarding system that involved completing an animation test in two parts. After that, they had me sign an NDA. I did everything they asked within the agreed timeframe. Once I uploaded the files for the first part of the test (blocking), I received excellent recorded video feedback with tips and guidance for tackling part two. I worked hard to polish the animation, address all the notes they gave me, and — most importantly — give it my all to secure the position. After uploading the second part to their platform, they acknowledged receipt and then proceeded to ghost me. I ended up adding the animation to my portfolio.
