Steel Warehouse interview questions

I applied online and within a week I received a phone call from the recruiter and we set up a time to talk. That recruiter did the initial phone screening regarding company background, job description, company location. I passed that and then scheduled a phone interview with hiring manager. The final interview was to be in person in South Bend, IN, but they chose to go with another candidate. They were nice enough to follow up with me and let me know their decision - something that seem to be rare these days.

Initial interview was for a different position with basic interview questions focusing on experiences, past & current employers, etc. Called back two month later for second interview regarding the Material Assignment position. Same interviewer with additional follow up questions regarding work life balance.
