Their interviewing process needs some work. I had 5 phone interviews, 3 with developers, 1 with the CTO, and 1 with the CEO. Several of these interviews had to be rescheduled because the person was a no-show. The CEO in particular was kind of flaky. Although they told me they were very interested during the last interview, they changed their minds at the last moment. I mostly feel like I wasted my time.
That said, the technical interviews were fine. Standard Python questions like MRO for a diamond-shaped inheritance graph, and questions about Javascript inheritance were asked.
