Very long and rigorous. The into call was at last a half hour. After that, the interview was 2 plus hours. It's at least a 2 month process from when you apply until an offer is made. The assessment was over the top from anything I've experienced.

The hiring process is intense. Multiple interviews and a testing battery to assess your fit with the company. After that an offer, drug screen and background check. I expected higher pay for how in-depth the process was.
