The biggest red flag: they had me build a comprehensive, actionable business case for a real internal problem, essentially extracting free consulting work. To top it off, the final round involved writing SQL in a Google Doc—an absurd way to test senior talent. Ultimately, I feel like I dodged a bullet and would not recommend this company to my peers.
