Step Forward Therapy interview questions

I was selected from among 300 applicants for an interview. The first stage involved an email/written interview, followed by an in-person meeting. On the same day as the interview, I sent a thank-you note, and two weeks later, I sent a polite email inquiring about the decision. However, the owner of the business, who was also the interviewer, never replied.
