Stephens Scown interview questions

The interview process was very straightforward. I applied online and got a call back within the week for an interview. The HR team were super lovely and personable and honestly, were the main reason l enjoyed the process so much. I had the interview the next week and heard back the next day after that. The interview itself was quite casual, just asking about my aspirations, why the firm and why that department.

Interview for an IP Paralegal role. Very relaxed and informal overall. Interviewed by the Partner of IP/ IT and an Associate. Questions mostly focused around my CV e.g. why did you choose to study X?, talk us through Y, etc. No competency or skills type of questions were asked, only a random "so why do you want to work for Stephens Scown?" was thrown in there for good measure. Lasted approx. 20 mins.
