Interview
The interview consisted of 3 separate 30 minute interviews with the Hiring Manager(Director), another area Director, and the Vice President over Organization. The interview was very experience based, asking targeted questions for solutions you have came up with and varying team based interaction questions. Overall the panel was well educated in their area and very personable.

Interview
Interviewers (Director and Vice President) were professional, very friendly and made you at home. Most of the questions were more on my experiences and it was more of conversation between and interviewers (at no point I felt it was one sided). I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation.
