they asked very simple questions and did not provided a clear overview of the current situation of the department which lead to leave the job after few months because its a real mess - no organization and non professional

how would you deal with a case where the customer is arguing about the numbers low compared to your data
I was immediately scheduled to interview with 3 people on the compensation/benefits team after talking to the recruiter. After these were all completed, I never heard another word from anyone. 6 weeks later and never an update from anyone. I followed up with the recruiter after a few weeks and she said she'd let me know any updates. Come to find out they hired someone but never let me know they were rejecting me or anything. I was just left hanging after what I thought were very good conversations with the team.

Asked me more about my experience and if I've handled specific processes that they do. A couple of situational questions, more so based on my experiences such as "how have you handled difficult managers?".
