Relatively easy. I got a referral from a friend who had previously worked there. Then I received a call from one of the managers and scheduled for an interview.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Steven Madden (London, England) in Feb 2024

Simple and very easy to get through. Seems like they’ll accept everyone. Needs improvement. I feel you can say anything on the interview and you will be fine. Not many people know what the company’s actually doing.
I had a scheduled interview with an in house HR Manager. I emailed her the morning of my interview when i did not receive my call. I received an apology that she was running late and would call. Glad i did not hold my breath waiting fir the call - she NEVER rescheduled via phone or email
