Interview
Took about two months, with one phone interview and one in-person interview. Kind of slow communication, but was probably the fastest considering I applied to a lot of big banks. Nice, understanding, welcoming. Never felt intimidated.

Basic questions, tell me about yourself, strengths, weaknesses, "what would you do if..."
Not too bad very conversational but did ask some more specific questions not too generalized. Interviewer led conversation for most part but didnt ask too much about myself. Pretty easy but hard to add anything in

The interview process was fairly easy. It consisted of one online interview and then an interview in the office. The questions asked were fairly simple and straighforward. Overall a good experience
stress free and positive work place. old school feel in the right ways with people that work by the book. Great experience for anyway looking for a great place to learn and show their value.
