I applied on Stifel's website. Got a phone screening with HR, then a 2nd round video interview with the hiring manager and two analysts. During my 2nd round, I felt they were not interested in me from the very beginning. They asked me 3-5 very, very basic questions. I tried to ask them many questions to keep them engaged. 5 months after the interview, I got an email saying they decided to re-evaluate the need for the position and it's no longer available. From my application to this email it took over 9 months.
