4 interviews, 1 with 2 associates, 2 with 2 MD's, and 1 with HR. HR asked very specific questions about the firm, my background, and my interests. Really digged deep and made the interview very serious and somewhat uncomfortable. interview with associates was easy, typical technical questions. interviews with MD's were strange. In the first, the MD's seemed uninterested and in the second, the MD's were very friendly, but then started asking about my political views, which was very unprofessional
I interviewed with 2 associates and then moved on to a superday with the directors. The associates each conducted their own interview, not together, and the interviews with the directors were also individual interviews
