First an online note test. Next a Pinterest board test where you create a secret board. Then you do a virtual interview. 2 people interviewed and asked a ton of questions

How would you handle a client that really disliked a Fix you styled?
It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
