They were prompt in their responses after initially contacting me about an interview. I liked that they only offered certain dates and times to pick from so there was no back-and-forth about scheduling. I completed a virtual interview with two other Stitch Fix employees and they stuck to a tight script of questions and activities. This was okay, but felt less personal. Overall, I had a good experience.

It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
