I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Cleveland, OH) in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview was very intense and lengthy for such an easy position. I am very experienced in Marketing and even have experience working for a fashion magazine and I did not receive an offer. I had to complete a take-home stylist quiz and then do Pinterest boards with sample clothing for the client. Two women interviewed me and they were not very welcoming. They only want cookie-cutter answers and did not ask anything about myself as a person. It was very clear they did not want to get to know me and just wanted me to answer questions that fit their requirements. I put a lot of effort into my outfit and appearance but the people that interviewed me did not. It was a very robotic interview and the least personal one I have ever had.
