I Applied to the job from a posting on linked in First interview was with the design director I would have reported into Interview was 30 min zoom – most questions were standard behavioral questions Second Interview was with the HR recruiter Interview was 30 min zoom with majority of questions were behavioral questions Third interview was with merch tech and design teams Majority of questions referenced that use of technology on how to influence fit and also standard behavioral questions. Over all great interview process extremely professional from talking to the team it seems like a great place to work with a lot of growth potential.
